Ms. Shi leverages her legal and technical expertise to assist clients in patent prosecution, intellectual property strategy including patent landscape searches and freedom-to-operate analyses, and litigation in the federal courts and PTAB.During law school, Ms. Shi was a member of both the Patent Clinic and Trademark Clinic at the University of Illinois College of Law where she reviewed invention disclosures, performed patentability searches, drafted a patent application and prepared trademark applications for University of Illinois student inventors and entrepreneurs.
