Five Elemental Flow: A Qi Gong Practice for Balance & Harmony

Join us for a four-class Qi Gong series designed to harmonize your body’s natural energies through the wisdom of the Five Elements — Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Each class will explore movement, breath, and intention connected to one of the elements, helping you restore balance, release stress, and cultivate inner peace.

This series is open to all ages and abilities, with movements that can be practiced standing or seated. Whether you’re new to Qi Gong or deepening your practice, each session offers a gentle space to connect, flow, and realign your energy.
