Enlightened Breathwork + BioCharger

Step into a restorative space where the power of breath becomes a pathway to clarity, healing, and inner peace. This class offers an introduction to breathwork, exploring how conscious breathing supports the mind, body, and spirit. Participants will learn the specific breathing pattern used throughout the session and be guided through a relaxing, heart-centered experience designed to promote release and renewal.

To enhance and deepen the practice, the session is paired with a Serotonin BioCharger program—a subtle yet powerful energetic technology that emits harmonizing frequencies of light, sound, and pulsed electromagnetic energy. This unique combination helps elevate mood, balance the nervous system, and support the body’s natural healing processes, creating a perfect complement to the breathwork journey.

Sound instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or rainsticks may also be incorporated to foster deeper relaxation and energetic flow. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal to note any reflections or insights that arise after the practice.
