✨ Back To You; a Back-to-School Reset Retreat ✨
This is your chance to pause, reset, and intentionally prepare for the season ahead. This retreat is designed as a four-step journey: each station building upon the one before it. 
Station 1: RESET with a Sound Bath Clearing. 
Begin your evening with a deeply restorative sound bath designed to clear away the mental clutter and energy you've been carrying. Allow the sounds and vibrations to quiet your mind, release what no longer serves you, and create space for clarity. This is your opportunity to pause, reset, and intentionally begin fresh, ready to step into what's next with a renewed sense of calm, presence, and possibility.
Station 2: REFLECT with a guided meditation in the Salt Room.
Step into the Salt Room for a guided meditation designed to create space for reflection and inner listening. As you enter this new season, you'll be invited to slow down, tune inward, and consider what you truly need. Not just what you want to accomplish, but how you want to feel, what you want to nurture, and what may be ready to be released. Let this quiet time help you reconnect with yourself and listen for what's calling you forward.
Station 3: REALIGN through journaling with a tea and foot soak.
Settle in with a soothing foot soak and a cup of tea as you reflect on what surfaced during your meditation. Use this time to journal (provided), organize your thoughts, and turn your inner insights into intentional action. This is your opportunity to realign with what matters most and begin creating a simple, meaningful plan for the season ahead. 
Station 4: INTEGRATE through a guided hypnotherapy session.
Bring everything together through a guided hypnotherapy experience designed to help integrate your intentions at a deeper, subconscious level. This final step moves your vision from something you've reflected on and written down into something you can begin to embody. Allow yourself to relax, receive, and create new mental pathways that support the changes you're ready to make.
