About the event

An Advent Festival of Lessons & Music

Based on a program held on Christmas Eve since 1880 at King's College, Cambridge, England. Scripture readings foretelling the birth of Christ are interspersed with choral and instrumental music by the Calvary Cathedral Choir, directed by Dr. Monty Barnard and featuring tenor Eric Wassenaar. Also featuring organist Diane Van Den Oever and the string quartet from the South Dakota Symphony. The event is free, and a reception follows the event. Details: Calvary Cathedral (605) 336-3486.
