Menu:
Appetizer: Sous vide Salmon Rillettes served with corstini, pickled onions, cornichons, and capers
Entree: Chicken Fricasse with rice pilaf and garnish grand mere
Dessert: Profiteroles with vanilla ice cream and homemade hot fudge sauce
