When we talk about personal defense, it's more than just carrying daily. You need to have multiple skills in your tool box.
1- Situational Awareness- Recognizing there is a problem as early as possible.
2-Verbal Judo/De-Escalation- verbally mitigating the situation if possible.
3-Gunfighting- fast and accurate first round hits under pressure.
4-Trauma management...surviving the fight during or afterwards with the knowledge and ability to stop massive bleeding, keep people breathing and prevent or prolong experiencing shock.
Don't wait to find out on the worst day of your life that you don't possess the skills necessary to survive the fight.
We will be focusing on the 4th skillset during this class! But you will find quickly that all 4 of these skills will benefit you during the scenarios! This is located at our downtown location- RTTI. 1301 3rd St, Sioux City Iowa. The 3rd Floor of the Coffee King building.
Course Cost: $75
What to bring: (No live fire)
- This is scenario based training with simulations. These training experiences can cause bruising or break the skin, so it is strongly encouraged to bring gloves, sweatshirts and long pants. Boys might want to consider brining something to protect their groin. We have some extra padding for anyone who needs it during class. We provide full face masks, and training equipment.
