Coffee and Conservation

Join us for coffee and conversations about conservation! Each month features different topics related to Iowa’s natural history. This month our presenter is Brodie Skinner, Assistant Resource Manager of Southwood Conservation Area. From seed to prairie, from fire to seed: we shall take an in-depth look into the seed collection and seed cleaning process! Followed by a discussion on fire and its effects on the landscape and seed production! Refreshments are provided.
