? All registration fees go directly to helping feed families in Sioux City!
? A blue barrel will be on site for non-perishable food donations (see list below)
? An orange bucket will be ready for cash donations the morning of class!

This holiday is all about gratitude — and what better way to give thanks than by giving back? 

I’m beyond thankful for this amazing gym family and the community we’ve built together. Let’s sweat, give, and make a difference this Thanksgiving!
