Course Overview:
This isn't your average trauma course. This scenario-based, advanced trauma management training is designed for students who already have a basic understanding of tourniquet use and TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) principles. If you're ready to take your trauma skills from theoretical to practical under stress, this is the class you've been waiting for.
Our instructors – including Army special mission medics, sniper team medics, and firefighter/paramedics – don’t waste time with medical jargon or fluff. Instead, we focus on what actually saves lives when things go bad: fast decisions, minimal equipment, and practiced hands-on skills. Whether it’s a car accident, an assault, or a workplace injury, you will be better prepared when seconds matter.
Why Take This Course?
Because "the body won’t go where the mind hasn’t."
In high-stress trauma situations, your training will either guide you – or fail you. Our real-world scenarios put your skills to the test and help rewire your reactions so that when that terrible day comes, you don’t freeze… you act.
What You’ll Learn (and Do):
We teach the MARCH algorithm to keep things clear and effective:
Massive Hemorrhage (Tourniquets, Pressure Dressings)
Airway (Open & Manage Airway Issues)
Respiration (Chest Wounds, Tension Pneumo basics)
Circulation (Shock prevention: the lethal triad)
Hypothermia/Head Injuries
Plus:
Victim assessment under stress
Scenario-based wound management (chest, head, ab wounds)
Movement & extraction (team and single-person drags/carries)
Victim hand-off to EMS
High-stress, real-time trauma response scenarios
Peer-reviewed performance debriefs – gain insights from others' successes and mistakes
Realistic Scenarios + Legal Insight
After your trauma scenarios, we’ll conduct peer-driven legal debriefs similar to our Home Defense class format. You’ll be judged by your peers (and advised by a retired federal attorney) on your actions during the scenario. This pushes students to think beyond just "what to do," and into why and how those actions may be viewed after the fact.

Any personal med bag or first aid kit (we’ll review it with you)
