- **Event Description**: The Siouxland Community Health Foundation will host an afternoon of golf at the Sioux City Country Club on Monday, August 10.  The event will feature an 18-hole scramble with various pin prizes throughout the tournament.  

Golfers and sponsorships that include golfers, will receive a complimentary sack lunch available at 10:00AM, prior to the 11:00AM shotgun start, as well as dinner during the awards presentation.

Grab your co-workers, friends and family and join us in our 10th year of golfing, fun, and supporting the Siouxland Community Health Foundation! 

All proceeds from the event will provide a direct impact on the patients we serve, benefiting programs and services that help build a healthier Siouxland community.
