Do you love hiking and are you curious about discovering the power of microdosing?
Then this is the right activity for you.
Join me for a beautiful microdosing day while being deeply immersed in the nature of the natural park Sintra-Cascais. (The exact location will be shared after you sign up).
We begin the day with a microdose at the entrance to the path followed by a session of breathwork to ensure you are in the most optimal state before hiking.
The microdosing will put you in a flow state, where you'll be more present, energetic, focused, and creative.
During the hike, you will go through different tools & exercises that will give you a deeper insight into who you are and how you can bring more happiness into your life.
To get maximum out of our microdosing experience it's recommended that you don't eat before taking the microdose - meaning you arrive in a fasted state.
There will be a vegetarian lunch and snacks for each participant that we will enjoy around noon (let me know if you have any allergies or special dietary needs).
This will be an exclusive experience for a maximum of 12 people to ensure deep connection and better discovery of ourselves and the world around us.
