Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.
The first half of class 'Yang' is dedicated to a more dynamic asana practice with a primary focus on strength, flexibility and energy shifting. The latter half of class 'Yin', is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer. It works on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body. For a balanced yoga practice, we need both Yang and Yin elements. Be guided through a somatic meditation helping to restore your body and mind.
Wear comfortable clothes to stretch and lay down; bring your own water, a shawl or cardigan to cover yourself and lastly an open heart.

The door at the ground floor is unlocked 10 minutes before the session. Push the door and walk up to level 2.
Yoga mat is provided but you're welcome to bring your own or towel to lay over.
