Hope everyone had fun from our Individual Time Trial (ITT) ride a.k.a Ride of Truth. Based on ITT, you probably know your threshold zone allowing yourself to solo ride for 20km.
Given that the morale is still high and major races are after CNY till end April, we are starting training for Team Time Trial (TTT) now. The objective of the ride is to provide a platform for members to form their TTT Team. While the ride is focusing on TTT style, we welcome everyone to join us.
Meeting Location: Casuarina Curry Car Park @ Upper Thomson.
Time: 5:45 AM, Rolling start @ 6 AM
Rolling Pace: 30 to 35 (May adjust due to downhill or uphill)
We will roll around 30 to 32 on our way to Lim Chu Kang (LCK) as warm up ride. Once we reached LCK, we will loop LCK and start rotation exercise, pace will be around 32 to 35 as a start. Note: If we still have the leg after rotation exercise, we will do one loop of NTU
Route: Casurina > Upper Thomson > Mandai Road (No Sembawang Road) > Mandai Shell (5 Minutes Stop) > Woodland Road > Kranji Road > Neo Tiew > LCK (TTT Training) > Boon Lay Shell > End
LCK TTT Training Route:
Must bring items:
1. two bottle of water bottles (No water stop until the end of TTT)
2. Cycling computer
3. Front and Rear lights
