FloatFit makes the most of water's instability. It uses the full length of the AquaBase to maximum effect. The core is worked continually to maintain balance.

Kindly Note:
- Bring your own towel, change of dry clothes and a bottle of water
- Shower facilities are provided
- Participants must be be comfortable with water and know basic swimming
- Wear any kind of swimwear, lycra or dry-fit gym attire
