YY Lee was an industrial engineer by training, a corporate trainer and a consultant with the National Productivity Center, Asia Productivity Centre, and Japan International Corporation Agency. Currently, he is sharing his passion for language as an English Coach.

YY is still pursuing his lifelong photography hobby and was a photographer & writer some years ago. He joined TMCS in 1982, where there were only two Toastmasters Clubs in Singapore. He served as the club president in the years 1986 & 2011. In 1984, with former TMCS president Mr Andrew Tan, he established Singapore Airlines Toastmasters Club.

With the vision of enabling TMCS’s future generation to recognise their roots, YY dedicated himself as the editor of the TMCS Anniversary 48 to 50 book, which its archive can be found in the National Library Board.
