Each stateroom must have at least one passenger who is over the age of 18 years.
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied in the same cabin by a guest of at least 18 years of age.
All passports must have at least 6 months of validity till the end of the cruise date.
Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount.
All guests must be more than 6 months old on the day of sailing.
Women who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy as of their embarkation date or who will enter their 24th week of pregnancy during the cruise will be refused passage due to safety concerns.
If the booking is made >90 days before the participation date, guests will receive a Disney reservation number min. 60 days before the participation date.
If the booking is made <90 days before the participation date, guests will receive a Disney reservation number min. 30 days before the participation date.
If the booking is <30 days before the participation date, guests will receive a Disney reservation number min. 5 days before the participation date.
Use the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or website to view and manage your booking after receiving your reservation code.

Check in 30 days prior to the sailing date for first-time cruises on Disney Cruise Line’s website and select your preferred Port Arrival time. Please note that you will not be able to access the terminal prior to your port arrival time.
Returning guests are encouraged to check their Disney Castaway Club membership status to find out when your check-in window begins.
To arrange a special celebration, log in to My Reservations on the Disney Cruise official website, select ‘Special Requests’, and fill out the form. Orders must be received at least 48 hours prior to departure.
