Hosted by ENDOXOS, THE WALK is aimed get those cardio up, burn almost the same amount of calories and being less stressful on the body as compared to running whilst building a stronger lower body, back and even your core!
If you're fan of OCR races, planning to take on more than just one race during the upcoming Spartan Trifecta Weekend in July, Conquer the Ultra in Dec or even just want to experience an alternative & fun way of torching those calories whilst being awesome with the community, feel free to join us & even 'jio' your family & friends! All you need is a comfortable backpack with the following:
Ladies: Min 1Kg Dry Weight (i.e. Rice Packs, Sandbags, Weighted 'Pancakes', etc) + 4Ltrs of Water/Personal Hydration
Men: Min 2Kg Dry Weight (i.e. Rice Packs, Sandbags, Weighted 'Pancakes', etc) + 4Ltrs of Water/Personal Hydration
Estimated Distance: 21Km
Estimated Time: 4-5hours
Meeting Point: Mushroom Cafe @ Macritchie Reservoir
