Been thinking about getting out of that comfort zone but not sure if you’re up to it due to age or having been not active for some time? Join is for the Stroll. With a training program suitable for those above 50 or to encourage those who had been leading a sedentary lifestyle for sometime, The Stroll will certainly be a great way to put on those sports sneakers. Who knows, you might even end up conquering a Spartan Race!!!
For those who already are staying active but will like to spend some time on their legs, feel free to sign up too. Just add some weights in a bagpack (10-20% of your body weight) which consist of 1-2litres of water and you should find this complimenting your current training regime whilst getting time to engage with the community & take in some fresh air amidst nature.
This week's Stroll will be at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Meeting Point will be at the Main Entrance (next to the Visitors Centre Car Park) which is about 5-10mins walk from Beauty World MRT (EXIT A).
