Join the Inner Forge Run Club, a community run born from our Running 101 workshops.
This isn’t your average jog. Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone chasing new PRs, we’ll gather weekly/fortnightly to train, connect, and grow stronger together.
💡 Important: The run club is free and open to all!
However, if you'd like a coach to run along with you to remind you of the cues do buy a ticket!
It's not recommended if you didn’t attend the Running 101 workshop, you might not understand all the cues or receive as much personalized coaching during the runs.
Think of this as a supportive space to run alongside others — not a training session.
