The Dream Product Team (workshop)
In our fast changing world we need to build a product team environment and projects that foster meaningful work, collaboration, creativity and a continuous and supportive learning environment to succeed.
Our aim is to create team environments where people from all disciplines in the team make, learn and thrive in a sustained and optimal manner.
We all want to work in a "The Dream Product Team" to help "Make Meaningful Work" together and cultures to support it.
To create "The Dream Product Team" we need to:
Not get lost in the noise, speed and deliverables of the day to day work where we forget about why we are working on a project in the first place
Ensure that individuals and teams thrive in today's cut throat start up and business world
Use the telling of project stories to harness key practices
Not fall into the routine of speed for the sake of speed
Create an individual, team and organisational culture to attract, retain and nurture talent
Avoid people feeling purposeless, stressed and unhealthy.
This workshop will:
Identify frustrations in projects that block meaningful work
Demonstrate how to build a project team that will have the edge on your competition
Provide a "Journal Template" to help you and team log project stories
Provide a "Meaning Canvas" to demonstrate individual and team value
Provide a "Learning Portfolio & Sparkle Plan" to sustain individual and team practices to nurture meaning and a culture of continuous learning for "The Product Dream Team".
Who can benefit:
Product Managers + Team Leads
And other disciplines who make up a Product Team
Together we will build a product team environment and projects that foster meaningful work, collaboration, creativity and continuous learning environment to succeed.
