Just as we care for our physical health, it is important for us to care for our mental health.Through Student Services @ Children’s Society mental health literacy talks and workshops, we aim to empower family members and significant adults with the tools and capabilities to promote overall mental wellness and address distress among children and youth.Special collaboration with Puzzletopia:Immerse yourself in a world of wonder and curiosity as you explore and challenge your mind, develop problem solving abilities, train perseverance and resilience to setbacks, as you learn to care for your mental wellbeing.Workshop Outcome:Children will learn the importance of caring for their mental health and how to recognise early warning signs and symptoms of distress.Parents will discover the significant role they play, gain practical tips and access valuable resources to make a positive impact on their family's mental wellbeing.Through creative play, each parent-child pair will also participate in a series of brain workout session activity faciliated by Puzzle Masters from Puzzletopia, fostering connection and learning about mental wellness.Important Information:This activity is for pre-registered participants only.
