This session invites you to reconnect with the joy that lives beneath the surface of your being, to return to your centre and carry that spaciousness beyond the practice into your daily lives. Through the gentle, supportive practice of iRest®️ Yoga Nidra, you will be guided on an inner journey that welcomes all parts of your being; from stillness to emotion, with tenderness and curiosity.
The meditation is accompanied by the warm, grounding resonance of Himalayan singing bowls and gongs, creating a spacious field for healing, integration, and ease. No striving, no effort, simply rest and receive.
Joy does not need to be found; it simply needs space to arise.
