Event Information1.1 The “Plaza Singapore Appreciation Dinner— A Nostalgic Farewell Celebration” is a strictly non-alcoholic event featuring food, beverages, entertainment and activities organised by Tim Ho Wan Singapore ("Organiser").1.2 The Event programme, schedule, venue layout, activities and entertainment lineup, including Live band performances, are subject to change without prior notice.1.3 No refunds, exchanges or compensation will be provided due to programme changes, schedule adjustments, or artist substitutions.2. Ticketing & Admission2.1 Each ticket admits one (1) person only and must be presented upon entry.2.2 Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.2.3 No refunds will be issued for:· No-shows· Late arrivals· Denied entry due to failure to meet admission requirements· Failure to comply with Event rules· Any inability to attend the Event for any reason2.4 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee from the Event without refund if deemed necessary for safety, security, operational or behavioural reasons.3.
