Enjoy a beautiful Saturday morning with yourself in the tranquil Gardens by the Bay.
Come join us to relax and recharge your body and mind through a series of light activities.
Take the time to discover and explore the beauty of life, and regain inner peace and calmness.
Through this MBTB Series, you will be able to experience: 
- Relaxing the body and mind
- Regaining clarity and focus in life
- Connecting to nature 
- Meeting like-minded people
Activities include:
Light Exercise
Mindful Stretching
Mindful Sitting
Mindful Walking
Sharing Session
Meeting Location: SuperTree Grove (Beneath OCBC Skyway), in front of Supertree Dining.
Attire: Comfortable casual wear, recommend to wear loose long pants, no jeans and shorts/bermudas.
Please bring along: water bottle, cap/ hat and yoga mat.
To get the most out of this event, we recommend that you bring only the necessity and travel light.
The session will be conducted by a group of meditation practitioners. 
All are welcome.
Please note that most activities are conducted in noble silent and we hope to create an environment for people to be able to spend the morning with themselves, without much unnecessary conversation nor distraction. Parents, please brief your children before bringing them to attend this event.
