1. Fundamentals of Pilates & Rehabilitation
- The Pilates instructor’s role within the rehabilitation spectrum, focusing on prevention and post-rehabilitation. 
- Industry screening standards for safe programming.
- Biomechanics of movement, including optimal and dysfunctional patterns.

2. Understanding Injuries & Special Conditions
- Common musculoskeletal injuries & dysfunctions (spine, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, wrist).
- Special population considerations in Pilates, including modifications & programming for pregnancy and osteoporosis.
- Exercise adaptations across Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels.

3. Practical Programming & Progressions
- Assess and modify Pilates exercises to accommodate clients with diverse movement abilities.
- Apply safe and effective progression strategies for clients recovering from injury.
- Effective cueing and communication when working with special populations.
