You can run longer and faster with the same effort, adding to more enjoyable running. Running correctly reduces the risk of knee and other injuries, and you get stronger knees and bone for old age. Not a runner? Learn how to enjoy running and stay fit for other sports.This is a 3-module training curriculum covering 1. Running biomechanics, gait, and drills 2. Advanced running – uphill, downhill, 3.
