Kids Yoga by the park
Join me for a fun and energizing kids yoga session. It is a good opportunity to encourage your children to be out in the sun and be in touch with nature.
In this 45 minute session, children will be exposed to simple breathing exercise, mindful meditation, fun games, yoga poses and relaxation. A growing amount of research has shown that when children learn yoga, they become more present, empowered to manage their emotions, be more content and successful in school and in life. Dont just take my word for it, do your own research.
Children of ages 5 to 9 are welcome and bring your own mat.
Things to take note:
Arrive 5 minutes before class to settle down
Ensure that your child has gone to the toilet before class
No heavy meal 2 hours before class
Dressed in comfortable clothing
