You keep it with you the entire time, but it stays completely untouched until the session ends. No checking, no quick peeks, no “just one second.” Once it’s sealed, it stays sealed for the full 4 hours.This space is built to help you step out of constant notifications and noise, and into something a lot slower and more grounded. Think of it like a reset button for your attention.You’re encouraged to bring anything analog and non-digital that helps you enjoy the time. Physical books are the main focus here — actual paper books only, no Kindle or e-readers. You can also bring sketchbooks, journals, notebooks, pens, pencils, markers, or anything creative that doesn’t require a screen. Card games or board games are also welcome if you want to interact with others in a relaxed way.The vibe is intentionally soft and low-pressure. There’s no expectation to be productive, social, or “doing the most.” You can read quietly by yourself, draw for hours, journal your thoughts, or just sit and let your mind slow down. If conversations happen, they happen naturally. If you prefer silence, that’s completely fine too. It’s a shared space, but everyone is in their own flow.There’s no rigid structure — the idea is freedom within boundaries.
