Hands-on Ondeh Ondeh Cake with Gula Melaka Swiss Meringue Butter
In this workshop, you will bake a 3-layer totally tender and aromatic pandan cotton cake (that remains soft!) then layer it with Gula Melaka-infused grated coconut and frost the cake with Gula Melaka Swiss Meringue Buttercream. The cake is then drizzled with Gula Melaka caramel and decorated with shredded coconut. This cake is a dream come true for all Ondeh-Ondeh lovers!
