Hands-On Japanese Three-Course Meal Workshop 1
In this workshop, we are cooking up a Japanese feast!
To start, we are making Japanese potato salad! This is my kids’ favorite salad – it is so yummy and goes so well with any meat dish or even on its own! This will be your go-to salad the next time you throw a party or cook for a family gathering as it can be made in advance too!
We will also be cooking Japanese hamburger steak, aka, hambugu. Learn how to make the patty and cook it with the most deliciously umami sauce.
For mains, we are cooking Japanese chicken katsudon. Learn how to cook tender breaded chicken in the most delicious sauce. This is one of the most popular Japanese rice bowls for a very good reason – it is just so delicious!
