3 PRIZES FOR 3 OF THE BIGGEST FANS-
BASTARD RYE, 13.75%
Rye, it's a bastard to brew with, but it's worth it. This imperial strength rye blond, aged for three years in freshly emptied American bourbon barrels, pushes the boundries of what a beer can be. Velvet smooth, with the heat and vanilla-wood depth of a spirit, this brew is intentionally brewed with low carbonation and is best savoured unchilled. Enjoy with caution.
GYLE 500, 14%
How do you mark Gyle 666, our six hundred and sixty sixth batch of Garage Project beer? Brew a massive obsidian black IPA as dark as the devil himself, sell your soul for a sinful selection of the dankest hops available, submerge a speaker in the beer and play the yeast an uninterrupted, chronologically ordered, 11 day long playlist of the greatest black metal, doom metal and death ever created (without any repeats). They say the Devil finds wort for idle hands. 666 the number of the beast yeast.
TWILIGHT OF THE GODS, 10.8%
Twilight of the Gods or Götterdämmerung - Wagner’s magnum opus, the climax to Der Ring des Nibelungen, the epic final battle to mark the end of everything - it doesn’t get much bigger that this. Over a year in the making, this barrel aged co-fermentation of Riesling juice and strong blonde ale is powerful enough to keep developing for years to come. It ain’t over til she’s done singing.
Stay tuned for more details!
