- **Event Description**: Remember who you are. A sacred journey of Cacao, Innerdance & Gongs to rewire patterns and awaken your truth. Come home to yourself.

STEP INTO INNERDANCE Innerdance is not about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who you already are. It’s a gentle yet powerful journey into an expanded state of consciousness, where your body and brain awaken to their natural capacity to heal, feel, and transform. You're not being altered, you’re expanding into a state your mind already knows, but may have forgotten how to access. As you lie down in a safe, nurturing space, guided by music and intuitive energy support, your awareness begins to shift. Like dreaming while awake, your senses heighten. Movements, emotions, memories or stillness may arise, all part of your inner wisdom unfolding. Each session is a mirror. A moment to meet yourself more deeply. To soften. To release. To trust. And to return to a place within you that knows the way. Whether you move, cry, laugh, or simply rest in silence, Innerdance invites you to surrender to the rhythm of your soul. Every journey is different, but all lead you home to yourself. WHAT DOES INNERDANCE UNFOLD? Rewiring old patterns & habits Awakens deep insights Connects you to your truth Remembering who you are Expansion in awareness Unfolding suppressed emotions & trauma Reconnect with your body’s wisdom SESSION LINE UP Heart Opening Cacao Ceremony Innerdance Process Gong Bath Integration Sharing Circle Every session is unique. Every journey is sacred. Trust the process. You already have the answers within.
