Building conversational common spaces for everyone.In this session, we will be hosting a empathy conversaion circle whereby participants can share their own stories in a small group setting.How will the Empathy Circle session look like?Part 1 - Introduction to 3 of Us + How to be a good listener?Part 2 - Peer-to-peer sharing, we will be applying what you've just learned about listening. It will be 4 pax per group to enable a close-knit and open sharing. Each individual will be offered time to share their own stories and to listen to other's stories.A rough idea of how it looks like: First person to share > Empathy Questions from listeners > Storyteller summarise their story > Next storytellerPart 3 - Closing + Feedback Form + Group photo (We will send you the photos too)Topic: What's weighing on your mind?Think of this as a space that you may share about things that you've never found the opportunity to talk about or have someone to listen to you.Rules & Your CommitmentPunctuality - We will strictly prevent entry from 7.30pm onwards. This is to ensure that we run a conducive session for all participants without any disruptions. The venue will be open at 6.50pm.Food - We will encourage you to have your dinner before arriving.
