For their rooftop debut at El Chido Tomatillo will be serving comforting Mexican classics with a vibrant twist. Guests can look forward to zesty Ceviche Verde with prawns calamari and tiger’s milk smoky Elotes hot off the grill indulgent tacos such as the Taco of Love with pork sausage prawn and adobo sauce and sweet finales like Tres Leches cake and Flan Mexicano. Each dish will be perfectly paired with El Chido’s signature rooftop cocktails.
