Kat"I suffered from chronic pains on my left hand, wrist and fingers for years. When the attacks came, which lasted for weeks, I would have difficulties in opening bottle caps, carrying things and even brushing my teeth comes with lots of pain. My left hand would swell up and feel hot. During such episodes, I resort to taking pain killers and TCM treatments. At the start of my first breakout session during the workshop, my pain level was at a score of 7 points. My hand was still feeling sore, hot and I was not able to turn my wrist. After the 15 mins breakout session, I could feel a slight tingling session but the soreness is still there. At the end of the day, I shared with the group that I was able to turn my left wrist without feeling sore and the heat had reduced slightly.
