Together, we will explore what it means to be present and develop the capacity to be centred and clear-headed amidst change and uncertainty. This is a heart-led exploration of your soul’s inner landscape, which may 'accidentally' spark the unravelling of your deepest dreams and desires.Each week, we explore a topic close to the heart of our wellbeing and learn to human just a little better - by giving vulnerability a chance, meeting ourselves a little more honestly and leaning on another in a group. The theme for this evening is — Signs from our body.You’re going to make deep personal discoveries and leave feeling lighter, more nourished and grounded in your body.If it's your first time, you can join for free! Sessions afterwards will be $50 each, and $40 if you sign up with a friend! Just FYI, I will collect a refundable $5 fee for those who come for the first time.
