Brexit has created a lot of uncertainty around the globe. But it has also created a number of opportunities. Brussels seeks to capitalise on these opportunities to become the alternative financial centre in the EU. Recently two of the world’s biggest insurance companies, Lloyds of London and QBE, have announced they are moving dozens of staff to new bases in the EU capital because of Brexit. They aren’t the only ones. Japanese insurance company MS Amlin is also opening an office in the capital of EU. Brussels’ central location in Europe and business-friendly climate make it a strategic safe haven.Join this exclusive talk by Minister Jodogne to hear first hand how Brussels intends to make the best out of Brexit.
