----------------------- About the Survey As a prelude to this conclave, a research survey was conducted. We reached out to practitioners, consultants, thinkers and academicians to seek their views on the current state of supply chain digital maturity and related challenges. These are challenges faced by the manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, logistics service providers, financial institutions, IT service providers and other stakeholders. This survey also gauged the level of preparedness of the industry to meet these challenges and the steps to be taken to enjoy the full benefits of digitisation in future.
This research survey will try to find answers to following questions-
– What are the organizational objectives behind pursuing a digital transformation strategy? – What are the operational key performance indicators organizations want to improve through digitization? – In what type of technologies, organizations are investing their money? – What are the values organizations are expecting to derive from digitization? – What are major barriers to successful digitization? The findings of this research survey will be presented at this conclave to introduce the attendees with the theme of the conclave, prior to the thought-provoking and interactive discussion on Digital Supply Chain Maturity.
