The snow has cleared, and the passes are open, it’s time to hit the road!
It’s time to get down to the nitty gritty driving tours that drives this passion.
As much as we enjoy the steady paced tours, you can’t beat a good old fashioned road trip where we get some real driving time behind the wheel.
With sunset drives and early morning breakouts it’s going to be a hardcore driving adventure that you won’t forget.
With years of knowledge and experience across the alps we have created the perfect itinerary, with luxurious hotels, well timed breaks, delicious food and fun activities this is going to be the trip of a lifetime.
This 6-day road trip starts in Stuttgart Germany and takes you on an alpine roller coaster through Austria, Italy and Switzerland.
Monday 29th June
Starting off the tour in Stuttgart, the home of German engineering.
Your first night’s accommodation is at the impressive V8 hotel.
In the evening you will meet the other tour members at the evening welcome meal which is quite the feast.
Tuesday 30th June
Rise and shine, it’s time to visit the Porsche Museum.
Here you will get to see some of the rarest Porsches in the world, learn more about the history of Porsche and stock up on Porsche memorabilia from the onsite shop.
The afternoon drive takes you down the famous autobahn where you can legally take your car to the max.
Driving through Austria then making our way into Italy, whilst taking in some spectacular sights along the way including a drive up Stelvio Pass.
Tonight’s hotel is a luxurious 4-star spa wellness resort hotel located at the southern part of the Stelvio National Park.
Wednesday 1st July
Waking up in the Italian mountains and ready to go again.
A 5-hour driving route awaits you with nearly 200 miles of alpine passes and twisting roads.
Today’s passes include, Bernina,Burgen, Oberalp and Furka.
For lunch we are going to a mountain top restaurant with magnificent alpine views.
On the way down we are taking Europe’s longest toboggan ride, giving you the biggest adrenaline rush.
For the next x2 nights we are staying at a spa hotel located in the heart of the alps, which also means we have the best driving roads on the doorstep.
Thursday 2nd July
A day in the passes.
Today’s passes cover the legendary James Bond Goldfinger Furka pass, Tremola, Susten, Grimsel, Gotthard and Nuffennen.
You have the rest of the day to relax, enjoy the spa or visit the town.
For dining we even provide you with a list of recommendations of local restaurants in the surrounding villages to try out.
Friday 3rd July
Today's drive takes you on more mountain passes and some very pleasing country roads as we make our way west.
For lunch we are visiting Grindelwald and taking you to another alpine restaurant with a jaw dropping cliff walk.
The afternoon drive will take you to the Great St Bernards Pass then make our way south into Aosta Valley, Italy.
Finishing off the tour with a fabulous spa hotel with views of Mont Blanc from your balcony, in the evening we have our farewell dinner.
Saturday 4th July
Check out 10:30 am The tour has now officially ended, until next time.
