Friday, February 13th - Session 1: Awareness and safety, that's where you'll land as Lauren brings you to a deeper level of understanding your nervous system (fight, flight or freeze). Learn to recognize survival mode, why motivation fades when your body doesn’t feel secure, and how to shift toward steadiness and clarity.  
 
Friday, February 20th - Session 2: In Ayurvedic practice, food carries a gentle “life energy”. Some foods can help you feel calm and grounded, or more scattered or heavy. Use your six senses as Lauren guides you to integrate these practices, making choices that feel supportive rather than overwhelming. You’ll explore simple ways to bring clarity and ease to your food habits. Light refreshments included. 
 
Friday, February 27th - Session 3:  Discover how to savor food through your senses in this nourishing workshop. You’ll explore how slowing down, noticing comfort, and engaging your senses can help your body shift out of stress and into ease. Enjoy light refreshments as you practice savoring and building a more joyful relationship with food.
