This mindful, calming practice is fun, healing and grounding. The smallest and humblest plants and animals can offer amazing beauty, patterns, shapes, details, and designs when you stop to really look. In this meditative class, we will learn different methods of nature connection and close observation and a variety of ways of recording our experiences. Spring is the perfect time to begin a nature journaling habit as we are surrounded by the colors, sights, sounds, and scents of this transformative moment of rebirth and growth. This class is great for anyone who is looking for a way to slow down, unplug, relax, and connect with nature in a supportive, fun community atmosphere.
