This is a clinical Pilates which is not your average Pilates.  It is an exclusive and rare Pilates provided by physical therapists to help improve function. Students can help choose at the beginning of the class what body parts they need to focus on due to back pain, post surgery, injury, etc. 


Not mandatory but can also bring a Pilates ball, blocks, and rings if you have them!
