🔥 Sunrise Fire Ceremony

We begin before the world fully wakes.

As the sky softens and the first light touches the treetops, we gather around the fire.

This is a moment of release and renewal—an invitation to let go of what you’re ready to set down and to welcome the clarity and courage you want to carry into the Year of the Horse.

Simple. Sacred. Rooted in the rhythm of the land.

🐴🌲 Walk with the Horses Through the Forest

After the ceremony, we move to the barn, meeting the horses in their soft morning presence. experiencing their quiet wisdom as they mirror your energy, open your heart, and guide you back to your authentic self.

Move alongside them in mindful presence along the forest trail with the farm dogs trotting along, the trees opening into quiet pathways, feel their grounded strength and gentle invitation to return home to your body.

It’s a slow, mindful walk where the animals set the pace and the forest becomes a sanctuary for breath, reflection, and connection.

Along the way, we pause to share tea with your guides, letting the warmth of the cup and the stillness of the woods settle into your body.

🥗 Lunch at the Retreat

Each day we’ll pause for a slow, grounding lunch — a chance to nourish your body as deeply as the retreat nourishes your spirit. Lunch is a hearty vegetarian soup simmered over the open fire, served with warm, rustic bread. It’s simple, wholesome, and made with care, inviting you to settle into the rhythm of the land.

You’re welcome to enjoy your meal in the shared kitchen, outside under the trees, or tucked into a quiet corner of the farm. This midday break is less about “mealtime” and more about spaciousness: time to breathe, connect, or simply rest in the stillness before we gather again.
