Mindfulness Workshop

Jose Burgos will lead this workshop on the theory and practice of mindfulness. Through mindfulness meditation, we allow ourselves to pay attention to present-moment experiences. Burgos trained with the 1st Ashram of the Gran Fraternidad Universal (GFU), Dr. Serge Raynaud de la Ferrière.
