For the 35th year, Silverton Jazzercise will hold the Thanksgiving morning benefit class for Silverton Area Community Aid on Thursday, November 23, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at our new location *Silverton 50+ Center, 115 Westfield Street, Silverton. Admission is $10.00 or five food items, with all proceeds going to Silverton Area Community Aid’s food bank.
There is no prior registration required. Since modifications are shown in every Jazzercise class, people of any fitness level are encouraged to attend. There is no age limit for participants, although parents should attend with anyone under age 12.
Yes, with paid admission, those who choose not to dance can still come and cheer others on. Jazzercise is so much fun though that everyone will probably want to dance. Those dancing will receive priority for the floor space, however.
Our hope is to raise a substantial money and food donations for SACA while getting a fun and effective workout. This is a way to truly do something for the community while doing something healthy for oneself. Burn some calories before the feast!
