This women's-only retreat is four days of shared experience, guided progression, and time in the mountains with old and new friends. You’ll start with a scenic afternoon rafting trip on the Upper Colorado River, then spend the next three days exploring the high country through beginner-friendly rock climbing, mountain biking, and a guided summit hike.

No experience is required - just come ready to move, explore, and spend full days outside in some of the most incredible conditions of the year.

Three or four nights at The Block in Silverthorne are included, along with daily guiding, instruction, transportation from lodging, and most meals while on activity days. Everything is designed to be seamless so you can focus on the experience, not the logistics.

Fall on the Upper Colorado River is something truly special. As cottonwoods and aspens catch the September sun, the canyon turns gold. Ranch lands along the river glow, willows line the water, and wildlife becomes easier to spot as the river quiets down for the season. It’s a slower, more peaceful version of the river- still full of life, but without the summer crowds. A float here in fall isn’t just a highlight of the trip- it sets the tone for everything that follows.

This is more than a getaway. It’s four days of movement, connection, and Colorado at its absolute best.

Itinerary
Day 1 — Afternoon: Raft trip on the Upper Colorado River from our Rancho del Rio boathouse. Class I-II water, canyon walls, animals, and fall color in every direction.

Day 2 — Full Day: Introduction to Rock Climbing course with our expert guides. We select the best crag based on conditions. All technical gear is included.

Day 3 — Full Day: Beginner mountain bike lesson through the Breckenridge-to-Frisco trail corridor. Meet at the bike rental shop, get fitted, and take off.

Day 4 — Full Day: Summit day. Crystal Peak is one of our favorite options - we'll decide together based on how everyone's feeling.

Days 2-4 run for approximately eight hours. These days we’ll handle transportation to trailheads, plus lunches, snacks, and water every day. All technical gear is included. Three or four nights at locals-favorite The Block in Silverthorne are part of your package.

Each night you'll return to your room at The Block, which has a great, locals-favorite bar. It is close to many dining options. Select a basic room or large queen. If you come with a friend and want to share a room, one person should make a "no lodging" booking, and the other should select the "queen suite" option at booking. Minimum 3 people to run trip.
