Virtual Group Rides - Weekly - At the Block!

FREE FOR THE MONTHS OF OCT/NOV!

Join the SSL crew at THE BLOCK for a group indoor ride using Zwift or TrainingPeaks Virtual. Everyone rides their own bike, sets their own intensity, and follows the same structured workout, together.

We’ll have a motivational movie or race playing on the big projector, plenty of banter, and that “we’re in this together” vibe that makes training a hell of a lot more fun.

Whether you’re chasing watts, building endurance, or just looking to sweat with good people, this is your winter training fix.

What to bring:
- Your bike (Any kind! Road or MTB)
- Water + towel + Cycling Workout Clothes
- Laptop/tablet/phone with Zwift or TrainingPeaks setup
- We have 4 Trainers but may need your own if more people show.

We provide:
– Power + WiFi hookups
– Group workout file
– Big-screen motivation
– Post-ride hangout
