For those who hold space for others, this is your space to pause and receive. Healing for Healers is a monthly gathering designed to help you replenish your own well and return to yourself.
Each session offers a different experience, weaving together somatic therapy, mindfulness modalities, and intentional group connection to help you release what you carry, ground into your own needs, flow back into your work feeling renewed, and expand into possibility.
