About the event

Youth Running Camp by CKXC

▪️Open to all 2nd-8th Graders!
▪️Put on by CKHS XC Coaches and athletes
▪️9-12 daily @ CKHS
▪️No prior running experience necessary
▪️Activities included: Running form & technique, Intro to weightlifting for running, Running activities and games, Obstacle course time trial!
▪️1st 50 to sign-up receive free stainless steel water bottle!
▪️$110 per athlete

All proceeds raised by this camp go to support CKHS XC. This allows XC student-athletes to attend away meets and invitationals and supports the purchase of new gear for the growing CKXC team.
